A Ruston man being sought by police following a Saturday morning shooting reportedly turned himself in to authorities Wednesday afternoon.

Ruston Assistant Police Chief Chad Hamlin said that Amonda Millage, 25, turned himself into the Lincoln Parish Detention Center around 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Millage was reportedly being sought for attempted murder charges after Corey Lewis, 44, was allegedly shot in an accident that occurred on Jackson Street in Ruston shortly after midnight on Saturday.

Lewis was airlifted from North Louisiana Medical Center to Shreveport for treatment and remained listed in critical condition on Wednesday.
