The Louisiana Tech volleyball team will enter the Conference USA tournament as the seventh seed, as announced by the conference on Saturday.

The Bulldogs will take on No. 2 New Mexico State on Friday, Nov. 17, at 3 p.m. CT in Lynchburg, Va.

Louisiana Tech went into the final two games of the regular season needing to win one to qualify for the tournament. The Bulldogs did that and more.

Turning in their best performances of the season, LA Tech swept Jacksonville State on back-to-back days to tie with the Gamecocks in the standings. The two wins against Jax State gave Tech the tiebreaker and the seventh seed.

The CUSA Championship will be hosted by Liberty and take place in Lynchburg, Virginia, at Liberty Arena on November 17-19, 2023.
