Each year Lincoln Parish 4-H celebrates Black History Month by conducting a Black History Month Poster Contest. The poster is to be an informative poster about Black History. This year’s Black History Month Poster Contest Award Winner is A’myrie Jackson, a 5th grade student at Cypress Springs Elementary School.
