Ruston High School’s JR Tollett has been named named All-District 2-5A Co-Pitcher of the Year, sharing the honor with West Monroe’s Lane Little.

In all, 12 Bearcats earned all-district accolades for the 2021 season, which saw them reach the second round of the Class 5A playoffs while posting a record of 25-10.

Tollet, a sophomore, went 9-2 on the season with a 1.05 ERA and 83 strikeouts.
