Grambling State University has a rich Athletics history that continues to garner national attention. Located in north Louisiana, Grambling State has generated some of the most successful athletes and coaches on both the professional and collegiate level, including Coach Eddie G. Robinson, the third most-winningest coach in the history of NCAA College Football and Doug Williams, the first black quarterback to win a Super Bowl.
