An Arcadia woman was arrested last Tuesday after she allegedly entered the home of an off and on boyfriend., damaged property, and attacked the man.
Khelsea L. Foster, 25, was arrested for unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage to property after Ruston Police investigated the incident on Eastland Avenue.
The man called police late Monday night to report a domestic battery. He told officers he was playing a video game when he heard a loud bang at his front door. When he opened the door, Foster barged into the home without his consent and began arguing.
The man said Foster picked up his PlayStation console and threw it down, breaking it. He said Foster then began swinging and punching at him and that he was struck in the face multiple times.
Foster was pushed out of the house but climbed through a window to regain entry. The man said he was able to eventually put Foster outside and call police.
Foster was interviewed at the North Louisiana Medical Center. She said she had gone to the residence to confront the man about their relationship. She said when the man opened the door, she was choked, and beaten. She said she had brought she had taken a metal bat to the residence with her in anticipation of violence.
When asked if the man knew she was coming over, Foster said he did not, explaining she had driven from Bossier City. Foster was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center.
