The Louisiana Tech football program has finalized its 2026 non-conference schedule, announcing three additional games to the previous scheduled matchup against Northwestern State.

The Bulldogs will open the 2026 season with three consecutive non-conference games, beginning with a home matchup against Northwestern State on Sept. 5. It will be the 81st meeting between Tech and NSU, with the Bulldogs holding a 55-20-5 lead in the all-time series.

LA Tech will then hit the road for back-to-back Power Four contests, traveling to Baton Rouge on Sept. 12 to face LSU before heading to Waco, Texas, one week later to take on Baylor on Sept. 19.

Tech and Baylor have met six times, with the Bears holding a 5-1 lead. This will be the first meeting between the two since 1996. LA Tech and LSU will square off for the 22nd time after also facing each other this past season.

The Bulldogs will host their first October Saturday home game in four years when Army visits Origin Bank Field at Joe Aillet Stadium on Oct. 3. Army holds a 3-0 advantage in the series after the teams most recently met in the 2024 Independence Bowl.

In addition, the Bulldogs will make a return trip to Army on Sept. 15, 2035.
