UPSO deputies are seeking information regarding a fire at the Lake D’Arbonne Spillway, on the Farmerville side, on 1/1/2026, in which a portable toilet was completely destroyed and nearby woods were set ablaze.
Farmerville Fire Department responded to the call around 7PM and located a portable toilet completely destroyed by fire, with flames having spread to the woods nearby. It is suspected that fireworks may be to blame as evidence of such was located nearby.
