This year’s Z107.5 St. Jude Radiothon bested the 2025 donation total by more than $5,000, climbing to $101,326 by the time the station signed off the air Thursday night.

Last year’s total was $95,690.

Nancy Darland, radiothon chair from the Epsilon Sigma Alpha service group that co-sponsors the event, said, “We’re very happy that we exceeded last year’s amount. The people of Ruston and the surrounding area continue to impress us with their generosity. It was rewarding to hear the number of stories from people whose family members have been treated at St. Jude – the personal connection that many people in our communities have.”

She stressed that the radiothon is a team effort involving Red Peach Radio, Zeta Rho-ESA, Super 1 Foods, Walmart Supercenter, Louisiana Tech student groups, the sponsors and donors, and the community as a whole.

“Our sincere thanks go out to all who contributed in countless ways,” Darland said. “Every dollar raised helps St. Jude continue its mission of finding cures and saving lives.”
