The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office located and captured an escapee Thursday in Thomas C. Satterwhite, a 47-year-old white male born October 16, 1978.
Satterwhite had escaped custody of the Union Parish Detention Center. Satterwhite was arrested earlier for Felony Failure to Appear warrants.
