The Ruston Farmers Market will host its annual Farm-to-Table Dinner on October 8, 2026, from 6–9 p.m., bringing together farmers, vendors, supporters, and community members for an evening celebrating local food, fellowship, and the spirit of Ruston.
Set inside the market’s string-lit warehouse, the evening will feature a catered dinner by Desi Bourgeois, an open bar, live music, and valet parking. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring an array of art, experiences, and
other unique items donated by local supporters, including an in-home catered dinner by
Desi Bourgeois, private kitchen class, a Louisiana Tech fire pit, and more.
The annual dinner plays an important role in supporting the farmers, vendors, and artisans who make the Ruston Farmers Market a vibrant and essential part of the community. More than a night out, the event provides an opportunity for the community to invest in the continued growth and success of a local institution that has served Ruston for nearly 20 years. Every ticket purchased and every silent auction bid helps ensure the market can continue creating opportunities for local producers and bringing the community together for years to come.

Since 2008, the Ruston Farmers Market has been a vital part of the community, offering exclusively Louisiana-grown and produced goods. Operated since 2014 by North Louisiana Farm Fresh (NLFF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the market has grown into a year-round destination for fresh food and community programming. NLFF’s mission is to provide direct producer-to-consumer sales opportunities, support the development of a local food network, and conduct educational outreach of sustainable agriculture, health, and nutrition throughout North Louisiana.
