Louisiana Tech will play its first home Sun Belt Conference match Thursday when the Bulldogs host Appalachian State at Robert Mack Caruthers Field.
First touch is set for 7 p.m. The match will be streamed on ESPN+ with Kyle Roberts and Wally Crittenden providing a call of the action.
Tech (2-5-2, 0-0-1 Sun Belt) returns to Ruston after earning a 1-1 draw at Marshall on Saturday in its conference opener.
Izzy Wilson scored the first goal of her collegiate career against the Thundering Herd, while goalkeeper Mackenzie Lorkowski recorded nine saves, including a penalty kick save in the seventh minute.
App State (6-1-2, 1-0 Sun Belt) enters Thursday’s match following a 1-0 victory over Georgia State.
The Mountaineers have not lost since falling to UNC Wilmington in their season opener and have held opponents to 0.78 goals per match.
Libby Bermingham leads App State offensively with five goals, including two game-winners.
The Mountaineers are coached by Aimee Haywood.
Thursday’s match will mark the first meeting between Louisiana Tech and App State.
