Graveside services for Geneva Beck Richardson, age 89 of Ruston, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 PM November 27, 2023 at Cook Cemetery in Ruston, Louisiana with Brother Jim Davis officiating.
Geneva was born March 10, 1934 in Haynesville, Louisiana to Irene Zachry and Andrew Beck. She went to be with her Lord, November 22, 2023, after a brief illness. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. From an early age she was a Born Again Christian and a member of the Ruston Church of Christ. She loved to cook and had lunch ready after church every Sunday. Geneva loved to sew and made many wedding cakes for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her maternal grandparents; Paul and Zora Zachry; and her husband of 70 years James D. “Jim” Richardson.
Geneva is survived by three sons: Paul (Kala) Richardson, Rob (Pam) Richardson, and Scott (Linda) Richardson; grandchildren: David (Susan) Richardson, Chris Richardson, Chad (Christina) Richardson, Jamie (Amanda) Richardson, Amanda (Adam) Rogers, Clint (Amanda) Richardson, and Zachry (Savannah) Richardson; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews as well as friends; close friend: Jody Woodard.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Richardson, Jamie Richardson, Chad Richardson, Clint Richardson, Zachry Richardson, and Adam Rogers.
