Lincoln Parish Sheriff Stephen Williams announced a couple of promotions within the department in July for Jody Hoenke and Dennis Mitchell
Jody Hoenke was promoted from sergeant to lieutenant after 20 years of service in the LPSO.
Dennis Mitchell was promoted from deputy to sergeant after 9.5 years of service.
