Louisiana Tech University’s School of Design will host artist talks and exhibitions this week and later this month.
From April 12-19, School of Design Master of Fine Arts candidates Thomas Faulkner (sculpture), Morgan McCullin (painting), and Jennifer Robison (photography) will display their work in their thesis exhibition Invention, Interference, Intervention. The exhibition will begin with an artist talk at 5 p.m. April 12 in TVAC 103, and the opening reception will commence at 6 p.m. in the Bethea and Moffett Galleries.
The Visiting Artist Lecture Series will continue on April 27 with an artist talk from Arkansas-based ceramicists Logan Hunter and Stephen Driver. The talk will last from 4:30-6 p.m. in TVAC 103. April 25-27, Hunter and Driver will also host a demonstration of the Soda Firing process in AAWS 102.
