Argent wins award for financial services company of the year

Argent Financial Group, a leading independent fiduciary wealth management firm, has been named the winner of a Stevie® Award in the 20th Annual American Business Awards®.

The Ruston company received a silver award for Company of the Year – Financial Services — Large and was recognized at the American Business Awards on June 13 in New York. This is the fifth consecutive year that Argent has won a Stevie Award within the American Business Awards. This is also the third time Argent has been recognized for this category.

The American Business Awards are widely recognized as one of the nation’s top business awards. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in nearly every industry were submitted this year for consideration for a variety of categories. More than 230 professionals served as judges to select this year’s winners.

“It is an honor to be recognized among the best in American business,” said Argent Financial Group CEO Kyle McDonald. “Our Argent team works hard to provide outstanding wealth management services to our clients in each of the 30 markets we serve. We aim to continue to grow and better serve the Argent community.”

Judges commented that “Argent Financial Group showed great consistency in performance over the years” and that Argent “increased its client base despite the pandemic and took good internal measures to indicate improvement.”

In addition, the judges noted several of Argent’s recent accomplishments, such as:

·       Revenue growth between 2020 and 2021

·       Client asset growth between 2020 and 2021

·       The unique offering of mineral management services
