Tigers set to open fall camp on today

Football season is officially back and the #HueDat era has begun! 

The Grambling State University football team reports to camp on Tuesday, with the first practice set for Wednesday morning. 

Grambling State kicks off its practice slate at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning. The Tigers will practice for six straight days before their first off day, which comes on Tuesday, Aug. 9. 

The fall camp is closed to the public and media. Fans and members of the media will have its first look to meet the players, coaches and staff members during Fan Day, which is set for Aug. 13. 

Grambling State opens the 2022 season on Saturday, Sept. 3 in Jonesboro, Ark. as the Tigers take on Arkansas State. Kickoff against the Red Wolves is set for 6 p.m. from Centennial Bank Stadium and the game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
