Meet the 2022 RHS Homecoming Court

The 2022 Ruston High Homecoming Court will be recognized at Friday night’s homecoming game against West Ouachita at Hoss Garrett Stadium. Here is a little info about each one of these young ladies.

Freshman maid Frances Jane Preaus — Her parents are Morgan and Jake Preaus. Frances’ mom is an RHS Class of 2003 graduate, and her grandfather Wayne Parkman is a graduate of the Class of 1965. Frances attends Calvary Baptist Church in Minden where she is a member of the youth group. At Ruston High, Frances is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Farmers of America, and the tennis team. 

Freshman maid Joanna Kate Williams — Her parents are Jill and Kyle Williams, RHS graduate of 2002 and current Bearcat coach. Kate is a member of the volleyball team, the soccer team, and the golf team. She is a class representative on Student Council and member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the CatBox Crazies. Kate is also involved in the Young Life Club and The Bridge Community Church youth group. Kate’s aunt Kadie Williams Claborn is a graduate of the Class of 2008.

Sophomore maid Abigail Kate Seney — Her parents are Adrian and Caleb Seney. Abby’s mom Adrian is a 1992 graduate of Ruston High, and her sister Audrey is a graduate of the Class of 2022. Abby has served as a member of Student Council both her freshman and sophomore years. She is a two-year member of the RHS golf team and is a member of the CatBox Crazies. She was also a member of Ruston High’s Dragon Boat Race rowing team her freshman year. She is an active member of the Bridge Community Church youth group and serves as a volunteer at Med Camps. 

Sophomore maid Ariana Sentrice Wesley — Her parents are Generra Wesley and Mikel Key. At Ruston High, Ariana is a two-year member of the JV cheerleading team and says she plans on cheering for the Bearcats until she walks across the stage at graduation. She is also a member of the FACS Club. 

Sophomore maid Asia Mone’a Willis — Her parents are Mindy and Milton Allen. Asia was a member of the cheerleading team her freshman year. She is also a member of Student Council, the CatBox Crazies, FACS Club, and she is an honor student. Asia is also a member of the choir at First Baptist of Rayville. 

Junior maid Kam’ryn Nichole Bradley — Her parents are Donecia and Karry Wright and Cheri and Ryan Williams. Kam’ryn’s sister Bria Bradley is a 2016 graduate of Ruston High School. Kam’ryn was a JV cheerleader her sophomore year, and she is currently a varsity cheerleader. She is a Bearcat Mentor and has been on the A/B Honor Roll for three years. In the community, she is a member of the Project Touch Debutante organization and she attends Praise Temple Baptist Church in Ruston. .  

Junior maid Kaitlin Taylor Woods — Her parents are Ashley Woods and Kyle Morgan. She is the granddaughter of Susanne Woods. Kaitlin’s brother Jayden Woods is an RHS Class of 2022 graduate. Kaitlin was a JV cheerleader her freshman and sophomore years and is currently a varsity cheerleader. In the community Kaitlin is a former member of the Boys and Girls Club, and she is currently a member of the Cinderella Guidance Clinic for the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Zeta Phi Omega Chapter. She participated in the NELA Sickle Cell Foundation Walk in 2022, and she currently  participates in horseback riding at Andersons Farms. 

Senior maid Baily Kaydence Bowers — Her parents are Paige and DJ Bowers. Baily’s mom Paige is a 2004 graduate of Ruston High, and her uncle Lyle Rollinson is a Class of 2007 graduate. Baily was a JV cheerleader her freshman and sophomore years, and she has been a varsity cheerleader for the last two years. She is a Bearcat Mentor and was nominated for National Honor Society. Baily attends Temple Baptist Church.

Senior maid Ke’Shanti Asian Graham — Her mother is Christina Graham. Her sister Mylashia Graham is a graduate of the Class of 2019 and her sister Sequoyia Graham is a graduate of the Class of 2020. Ke’Shanti is currently a member of the pom squad and serves as a Bearcat Mentor. She has been involved in both BUMS and FACS Club for two years. Ke’Shanti was elected to the Homecoming Court her freshman and junior years. Ke’Shanti has maintained a GPA of 4.2 or higher each year, and last year, she participated in the CNA program where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. 

Senior maid Raegan Erin McCulloch — Her parents are Tonya and Eric McCulloch. Raegan’s mom Tonya is a graduate of the Class of 1993, her aunt Linzie Ledford Hebert is a graduate of the Class of 2001, and her sister Rileigh is a graduate of the Class of 2021. Raegan is a four-year member of  FCA and currently serves as an FCA leader. She is also a member of Student Council, the CatBox Crazies, and currently serves as a Bearcat Mentor. Her freshman and sophomore years she was on the volleyball team. She has been on the track team for two years, placing 2nd at district in the pole vault her junior year. Raegan has been on the soccer team for four years, lettering all four years and serving as captain her junior year. She received Honorable Mention All-District her freshman & junior years, Honorable Mention All-Northeast her junior year, and was named Newcomer of the Year as a freshman. In the community, she won the title of Queen Dixie Gem Peach her sophomore year, and is active in the Trinity United Methodist youth group and the Northeast Louisiana Soccer Association. 

Senior maid Mia Claire Rabb — Her parents are Erin and Josh Rabb, a 1989 RHS graduate. Mia is a four-year member of Student Council and a four-year member of FCA where she currently serves as a leader. She has been on the Principal’s List all four years of high school. She has been in National Honor Society since her sophomore year, and she has served as a Bearcat Mentor for the last two years. Her junior year she was a member of Keywanettes and was a member of Ruston High’s Dragon Boat Race rowing team. She was a JV cheerleader her freshman and sophomore year, and she has been a varsity cheerleader for the last two years where she currently serves as one of the captains and she was named a UCA All-American cheerleader her junior and senior years. She has also been on the competition cheer squad for the last four years. In 2020, her competition squad was named UCA National Champions. In the community, Mia is a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and is active in the Young Life Club. She has participated in Trinity’s Weekend of the Cross for the last four years and has served as a volunteer at Buddy Ball of Ruston. Mia’s grandfather Larry Rabb is a graduate of the Class of 1962.

Maid of Honor is Kemyra Shyree Wright — Her mother is Anita Wright. Kemyra’s sister Ke’Anteria Wright is a class of 2014 graduate and 2013 homecoming maid of honor, and her sister Kearia Wright is a class of 2018 graduate.  Kemyra was a member of the JV cheerleading team her freshman and sophomore years, and she has been a varsity cheerleader for the last two years. Her junior year, she was a member of FCA, and she is a three-year member of FCCLA. She has been on the A/B Honor Roll all four years of high school, and she currently serves as a Bearcat Mentor. Kemyra was elected to Homecoming Court her freshman and junior years. 

Homecoming queen Emma Jane Reeves — Her parents are Stephanie and Mikey Reeves. Her father Mikey is a 1992 RHS graduate and member of the 1990 state championship team. Emma Jane is a four-year member of FCA where she served as a leader her junior year, and she has been on the honor roll all four years of high school, taking Honors, AP, and dual enrollment classes. She was a member of the tennis team for three years where she was a regional qualifier her junior year and has been in National Honor Society since her sophomore year.  Her freshman year, she was a member of 4-H and was chosen as a Sharp Cat. She was a Homecoming Maid her sophomore year, and she has been a Keywanette for the last two years. She has been a Bearcat Mentor the last two years, and she has received the Gressett’s Greatest award. Emma Jane was a Student Council representative her junior year and currently serves as the vice-president. She is a member of First Baptist Ruston where she has served on the Youth Leadership Team. She has been a volunteer at Trinity’s Weekend of the Cross for two years, and she has been a member of the Young Life Club for three years where she is currently a Young Life Campaigner. She has volunteered at Premier Hospice and is a member of Servant’s Heart Sorority at First Baptist Calhoun.
