
Ruston Police arrested a local man Tuesday after he allegedly damage the property belonging to two victims.
Joshua Pardue, 39, of Ruston, allegedly damaged one victim’s cell phone and another victim’s vehicle headlight. Details of the incident were not immediately available. Pardue was not located at the time of the initial investigation.
An officer located Pardue on West California Ave. later in the day. He was placed under arrest. A records check showed Pardue was wanted on two bench warrants from Ruston City Court.
Purdue was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for two counts of simple criminal damage to property and warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of failure to register a vehicle and switched license plate.
Bail on the property damage charges was set at $4,000.
