The Grambling State University Department of Athletics has announced Paige Shaw as the new Assistant Volleyball Coach.With an impressive background in coaching and a wealth of experience in various aspects of the sport, Shaw brings a valuable set of skills and knowledge to the team. Shaw is a graduate of The University of Kansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business in 2021. She began her collegiate career at Mississippi State University before transferring to Kansas to finish her studies. During her time at Mississippi State, Shaw showcased her talent on the court and received accolades such as SEC Co-Freshman of the Week honors .She contributed significantly to the team’s victories, recording impressive statistics and earning recognition for her outstanding performance.
Prior to joining Grambling State, Shaw spent two seasons coaching at the AAU level, and played an instrumental role in recruiting and operations. Her diverse skill set encompasses running practices, organizing camps, clinics, and private sessions, as well as handling recruiting and logistics. Her comprehensive experience and dedication to the sport makes her a valuable addition to the Grambling State University volleyball program.
