All eight members of the Louisiana Tech women’s bowling team earned Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll.
Averi Brown joined LA Tech from Arkansas State in 2021-22 and made her mark by becoming an Intercollegiate Singles Championship Qualifier. The Columbus, Ohio native is earning her major in Interdisciplinary Studies and finished the year with a 3.05 grade point average.
Danielle Jedlicki earns her way onto the Academic Honor Roll after finishing with a 3.36 grade point average. While earning a degree in Exercise and Health Promotion, Jedlicki is no stranger to being honored for her work in the classroom. She’s been a member of the Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll in 2020-22 as well as a member of the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2020-22.

Emma Koch just graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies finishing with a 3.49 grade point average. Koch has been a member of Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll 2020-22 and has also been a member of the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2020 and 2021.
Allie Leiendecker was also named to the Academic All-District Team. Leiendecker is currently pursuing a degree in child development while also working towards an MBA in the concurrent program with a 3.69 grade point average. From 2020-22, Leiendecker was named to the Southland Bowling League’s
Academic Honor Roll along with the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll 2020-22.Lindsay Manning earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and just graduated with a master’s degree in counseling and guidance-human services with a 4.0 grade point average. Manning isn’t a first-timer in being honored for her hard work in the classroom. She’s been placed on the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2019-2022 along with being a C-USA Academic Medalist from 2019-22 and Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll from 2020-22.
Sophomore, Allyson Sand, is earning a degree in Exercise and Health Promotion while finishing the year with a 3.68 grade point average. Sand has also been recognized by earning her way onto the Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll and the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2022.
Baileigh Snow finished her junior season with a 3.40 while majoring in Agricultural Business. Snow is now a three-time Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll and the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll member.
Tara Spridco is a Curriculum and Instruction major finishing with a 4.0 grade point average. Along with earning her way onto the 2023 Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll, she was also a member in 2020-22 as well as being in the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2020-22 and being named a C-USA Academic Medalist in 2020-22.
The SBL Academic Honor Roll was put into place during the 2018-19 school year and is currently in its fifth season of recognition. All nominees for the Southland Bowling League’s Academic Honor Roll team must have earned at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and demonstrated athletics achievement for at least one year at the nominating institution.
