A motorist stopped by a Lincoln Parish deputy early Sunday morning was arrested on numerous warrants for failure to appear in court.
About 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning, a deputy saw a GMC SUV with improperly functioning lights. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver identified.
Zachary A. Moss, 29, of Arcadia, said he did not have a driver’s license on him. A records check showed Moss was wanted on six warrants for failure to appear in Third Judicial District Court.
Moss was arrested on bench warrants for DWI, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless operation of a vehicle, failure to secure vehicle registration, and switched license plate. Bail was set at $3,000.
