The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, N. Monroe St. between. W. Alabama Ave. and W. Mississippi Ave. will be closed to through traffic Monday, August 7, 2023, beginning 7:00am until further notice. The closure is necessary for the completion of the North Monroe Street Project.
