A Simsboro woman was arrested last Tuesday after she allegedly entered a home without consent and attacked the resident inside.
Shamika L. Garner, 43, was charged with home invasion and second degree battery after she reportedly went to a Grambling residence, entered without permission, and beat a woman with a closed fist, causing injury to the victim’s face.
Grambling Police viewed surveillance camera video showing Garner entered the victim’s residence and battered her. Police could hear Garner tell the victim, “I told you don’t —— play with me and keep my ——- name out of your mouth.”
Garner later went to the Grambling Police Department where she was arrested and taken to the Lincoln Parish Detention Center.
