The Ruston High School Lady Bearcats won its third match in four nights with a midweek sweep of Loyola on the road by final scores of 25-8, 25-10, and 25-12.

“We executed every aspect of our game very well,” Ruston head coach Mandy Cauley said. “We had a balanced offense using multiple attackers, and our defense picked up almost everything they sent back across the net. It was a great effort on the floor with great support from the bench.”

Senior middle Jade Smith registered double-digit kills with 10 on the night, while junior outside hitter Harper Cauley totaled eight kills. Senior middle Hannah Rollins finished with seven kills, while freshman setter Baylor Cauley totaled 20 assists.

Ruston returns to action Monday, Sept. 18, at El Dorado.
