A Grambling woman was arrested by Ruston Police early Saturday morning after she allegedly went to the home of another woman and assaulted her.
Officers responded to an apartment at 1201 West California Avenue about 3 a.m. Saturday morning regarding a fight.
The alleged victim said Keiara M. Dalferes, 22, disturbed her peace by knocking on her apartment door and refusing to leave after being told to leave numerous times. The victim said a guest inside the apartment let Dalferes inside where she began physically battering the victim.

Officers saw visible injuries to the right side of the victim’s face and lower lip. The victim alleged the injuries were sustained from the physical attack by Dalferes.
Dalferes was arrested at the scene and booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for simple battery and disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $1,000.
