Ruston Police are searching for a man who smashed a window and climbed into a home where he was confronted by the resident inside.
Police said the incident on New Year’s Day occurred on Eastland Avenue. The man broke out a window and climbed through it to find the resident was home. An image of the man climbing through the window was captured and police were called but he managed to escape. The victim was not harmed.
Ruston Police ask that anyone with information regarding this incident, call authorities directly at 318-255-4141 or report it through Crime Stoppers at 318-255-1111. Callers remain anonymous and could be eligible to receive a cash reward if the information given leads to an arrest or grand jury indictment.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for any information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
