Funeral services for Joseph William Russell, 70, of Choudrant, LA, was held on Saturday January 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. Visitation was held at 1:00 pm till service time. Interment followed at Chatham Cemetery, Chatham, LA
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Samuel Knighten and Missouri Ethel Russell; wife Diane Russell; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Joseph was a retired maintenance supervisor.
Left to cherish his memory are his five children: Thereisa Lynn Russell of Choudrant, Ricky Wayne Russell of Eldorado, AR, Phillip Mathew Slaton (Savanah) of Dubach, LA, Whitney Brianna Russel of West Monroe, LA, Summer Shyanne Russell of Monroe, LA. Sister, Barbara Nell Russell Banister and Brother Edward Lynn Price., 11 grandchildren as well as numerous Nieces and Nephews
Pallbearers are Gene Crowell, Andrew Price, Timothy Price, Raymond Garza, William Ellard, and Alex Price.
Honorary Pallbearers are Carl Crowell, Tylor Kolb and Joshua High.
