The Southwestern Athletic Conference has announced its 2024 Starry SWAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments presented by Buick seedings featuring the league’s top eight teams at the conclusion of regular season play.
2024 SWAC Men’s Regular Season Champion Grambling State enters the tournament as the No. 1 seed (14-4 SWAC) and will open play Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. vs. No. 8 seed Alabama State.
The Grambling State University women’s basketball team enters the tournament as the second seed and will open play versus No. 7 Florida A&M at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Bartow Arena in Birmingham, Ala.
The 2024 Starry SWAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament presented by Buick is scheduled to be played on March 13-16 at Bartow Arena in Birmingham, Ala.
Wednesday’s games will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
