The Lincoln Parish Journal recently renewed its corporate partnership with Louisiana Tech Sports Properties and Louisiana Tech Athletics.
For the third straight year, the LPJ will be a proud partner of the Louisiana Tech brand and an avenue for the University to publicize and strengthen its messaging in the footprint of the Lincoln Parish Journal.
“Louisiana Tech Sports Properties is the arm of Tech Athletics that creates partnerships with local and regional brands and connects those brands to Tech fans,” said Louisiana Tech Sports Properties General Manager Brad Pietz. “In that way, we are proud to extend our partnership with Lincoln Parish Journal as they continue to connect news events from around the area to those of us that live and work in Lincoln Parish.”
Lincoln Parish Journal Co-Publisher Malcolm Butler, who also serves as the Voice of the Bulldogs, said the partnership is an important one for the media outlet.
“With Kyle, Judith and I all being Louisiana Tech alums, we all have a special bond with our university,” said Butler. “We understand the value of the Louisiana Tech brand and the value of a Louisiana Tech education. When we became publishers of the LPJ three years ago, one of our first priorities was investing back into our parish and its people.
“We are appreciative of Brad Pietz and his team at Louisiana Tech Sports Properties, and we are excited about the leadership of President Jim Henderson and Director of Athletics Ryan Ivey. This partnership is a win-win for us.”
