Woman arrested after invading ex-boyfriend’s residence

An Atlanta, Texas, woman was arrested last Sunday after she reportedly kicked open the patio door and broke a window at a Holly Street residence in Grambling.

Mishon Shainte Henderson, 20, was arrested November 10 after a man reported Henderson and her friends forced their way into the residence.

A witness who was present at the apartment in the tenant’s absence said he was inside when Henderson arrived with her friends and kicked the door in and entered the house. He called the tenant, who in turn phoned 911.

Before Grambling officers arrived, Henderson and the others had left. An officer spotted the suspect’s vehicle behind an abandoned building but did not immediately locate Henderson. The vehicle was impounded.

Several hours later, Henderson came to the Grambling Police Department where she was arrested. She was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for home invasion and simple criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $30,000.
