
The Ruston High Bearcats placed four players on the 2025 District 2-5A team, including the Most Valuable Player award released Friday.
Following a 2024-25 season with 18.3 points and 14.5 rebounds per contest, Ruston High sophomore sensation Ahmad Hudson was named the Most Valuable Player, while senior Aidan Anding was named first team, as well, after averaging 10.6 points per game.

Sophomore Keshun Malcolm was named second team at 15.1 points per contest in all 20 games played for the season. Junior Zaterrion “Bill” Sutton also earned an honorable mention.
