Simsboro’s ‘Man-Man’ is the man in District 1-B

He proved he’s the man, so Simsboro’s Trumarion “Man-Man” Smith has been named the MVP of District 1-B’s boys basketball team.

And fittingly, after reaching the Class B semifinals in the Boys Class B Basketball Playoffs, Simsboro dominated by earning half the honors on the All District 1-B First Team.

Joining “Man-Man” in earning First Team honors for the Tigers were freshman Ahmad Smith and junior Jakaleb Modest.

The Tigers didn’t stop there.

Earning second team District 1-B accolades was senior Jalen Outley.

Tigers who earned honorable mention on the all-district squad were senior Justin  Prudhomme, junior Justin Terrell and junior Amaren Woodard.
