Trespasser arrested at Ruston convenience store

A woman barred from a local convenience store was arrested for trespassing when she returned to the property earlier this month.

Dorissa L. Reynolds, 39, of Ruston, was arrested after officers responded to a convenience store on Cooktown Road on July 2. Reynolds had been barred previously from returning to the property.

A record check revealed a warrant for Reynolds for failure to appear in Ruston City Court on an earlier criminal trespass charge. She was placed under arrest and a search of her purse located a bag of suspected marijuana.

Reynolds was a booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for possession of marijuana, criminal trespass, and the Ruston City Court warrant.
