The Louisiana Tech Golf team earned the 2024-25 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic award, announced Tuesday by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
LA Tech, who registered a team cumulative grade point average of 3.41, was one of a GCAA-record 292 schools across six divisions that received this academic honor achieved by programs with a 3.00+ GPA. This marked the fifth consecutive season the Bulldogs have been named a GCAA All-Academic Team.
Junior Oskari Schuvalow was recently named a 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar as well as a CSC Academic All-District selection along with junior Gray Kingrea.
