
A Grambling man was arrested by Ruston Police Monday after officers responded to a call of a man on the ground.
Please found Delarryo Bass, 34, who appeared to show signs of narcotics use. Bass could not sit still, was clenching his teeth, and sweating more than normal given the 72° temperature.
Bass was searched and a glass pipe commonly used to smoke narcotics was located in his pocket, along with a baggie containing what he said was synthetic marijuana.
Bass was arrested and booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for disturbing the peace by appearing intoxicated in public, possession of synthetic marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
