New Chase Operations Center to open soon

The new Chase Operations Center constructed along the I-20 service road going west was recently completed.

The $31 million, 50,000-square-foot facility, constructed by KDC one of the nation’s leading real estate development and investment firms, represents a major investment in the region.

It will serve as an extension of the Chase Operations Center in Monroe and enhance the company’s operational capacity across the Southeastern United States.

“This is an exciting step that allows Chase to expand our operations, create new opportunities and welcome more employees to work with us here in North Louisiana,” said Tania Hilburn, site lead for Chase in Monroe and Ruston.

Hilburn said the facility would open on November 3 with a ribbon cutting set for sometime in March of 2026.

Situated on five acres along Woodward Avenue, the new center will handle a range of activities, including recording, archiving and custodial services for home loans, auto loans and securities. The facility opens with 50 employees and can grow to 200, underscoring JPMorganChase’s commitment to long-term growth in Ruston.

Construction broke ground in November 2023, with vertical construction beginning in July 2024. HKS served as the architect and Lincoln Builders, Inc. was the general contractor.

“Delivering projects that empower our clients to grow and succeed is at the core of what we do,” said Eric Hage, President of KDC. “This facility is more than just a building; it’s an investment in the Ruston community and a testament to JPMorganChase’s commitment to the region. We are proud to have partnered with Chase to bring its vision to life and look forward to seeing the impact this project will have.”

This Ruston project adds to KDC’s high-profile portfolio of work with financial services institutions.
