Ruston fire fighters battled a fire at a residence at the intersection of Second Avenue and Gill Street about 6 pm Friday evening.
Three engines responded to the blaze which had spilled out into the yard.
Cause of the fire at one of the few remaining mobile homes in Ruston had not been determined at publication time.
