The Lady Techsters return to the Thomas Assembly Center tonight to face undefeated Middle Tennessee in a red-out conference clash.

Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m. and the game can be seen on ESPN+.

Middle Tennessee holds a 15-7 series lead over Louisiana Tech in the series. The Blue Raiders are currently holding a seven-game win streak, the longest of the series and their second streak of at least six.

The Lady Techsters (9-5, 2-1) are returning from the most successful away-stand since 2023, winning both games against Liberty and Delaware. Louisiana Tech’s offense was on full display against Liberty in their trip to Lynchburg.

After starting the game in a 9-1 hole, the Lady Techsters ripped of a 12-0 run and never gave the Lady Flames the lead back. LA Tech set new season highs for field goal percentage (55.1), three-point percentage (60.0), free throw percentage (87.0), and three-pointers made (12) in the 86-72 victory, their first in Liberty Arena.

Paris Bradley was must see TV in Lynchburg. The reigning Preseason Conference Player of the Year put up a career high 31 points, her first 30-point game of her career and the first Lady Techster 30-point game since Keiunna Walker scored 30 against FAU in March 2023.

Averi Aaron also impressed in Lynchburg, adding in a career high 21 points on 8-10 shooting, including 2-3 from behind the arc. Eight field goals tied her career high, marking five career highs that were set or tied in the two game away stand for the sophomore forward. Aaron also grabbed a team high seven rebounds, her second game in a row of leading the team and fifth on the season.

The Blue Raiders (9-7, 4-0) are one of three remaining undefeated teams in conference play and are coming off two dominant wins at home against UTEP and New Mexico State, winning both games by over 30 points.

Most recently, Middle Tennessee defeated New Mexico State 88-51, the most points by MTSU this season. Sustained runs and outside shooting helped the Blue Raiders dominate, leading by 49-19 at the halfway point while shooting 52.0 percent from downtown. Alayna Contreras led the way with 18 points while Macie Phifer notched a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Yu Han Lin provided a spark off the bench with 15 points in 19 minutes.
