Three players scored in double figures to lead Cedar Creek to a 52-10 win over Summerfield Thursday night at the Brickhouse.
Mary Grace Hawkins scored 15 points, Avery Ryan 14 points, and Alivia Lee 10 points as the Lady Cougars picked up their 10th win in their last 11 games.
“I was really proud of how our girls handled tonight — they played the right way, shared the ball, and enjoyed every moment together,” said Cedar Creek head coach Katie Hall. “Nights like this are about building confidence and celebrating the joy of the game.”
After building an 11-2 lead through the first quarter, Cedar Creek outscored Summerfield 21-2 in the second frame behind eight points by Lee, six by Ryan and five from Hawkins.
The Lady Cougars would push their advantage to 46-8 at the end of the third, forcing a running clock in the final stanza.
Arlyn Boyet added five points, Mady Garcia four, Mary Claire Temple two and Caroline James two.
