The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that Bular Street will be closed to traffic at its intersection with E. Kentucky Avenue.
The closure will begin at 7:00am on Monday, April 20th and shall remain closed through Wednesday, April 22nd. This closure is necessary to allow for paving operations associated with the E. Kentucky Avenue Project.
