The WEEkday preschool program at Temple Baptist Church raised $3,895 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital during its St. Jude Trike-a-Thon fundraiser this spring.

 

The ninth annual event included 52 children from the PreK 3, PreK 4 and K Connect classes, with activities conducted in two separate groups.

 

The St. Jude Trike-a-Thon program helps introduce young children and their families to the importance of helping others while also emphasizing tricycle and riding toy safety.

 

WEEkday director Marsha Hammond served as coordinator for the fundraiser. Members of the Zeta Rho chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha service group assisted with the event.
