Ruston woman booked after inflicting knife wound

A Ruston woman was arrested for aggravated battery after she allegedly cut a man with a knife during a domestic dispute.

Alexis J. Roberson, 28, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. on June 11 at a Clinton Circle apartment following an investigation by Ruston Police.

During the investigation, officers determined Roberson and the man had gotten into an argument. Roberson allegedly pulled out a kitchen knife and cut the man.

The man said he was trying to push away from Roberson when she produced the knife.

Roberson was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center.
