A traffic stop resulted in multiple traffic-related charges after a vehicle was reportedly clocked at over 100 miles per hour.
Domontae Dione Stubs, 42, of Grambling, along with a passenger, Bianca Sherrie Caldwell, 34, of Ruston, was arrested July 13 by a Lincoln Parish deputy.
According to an arrest affidavit, the deputy saw a vehicle traveling southbound on La. Highway 33 at a speed of 101 miles per hour in a posted 55 mph zone.
The deputy conducted a traffic stop on just south of Louisiana Highway 822 and identified the driver as Stubs.
According to the affidavit, Stubs’s driver’s license was suspended, and the vehicle was not insured.
A passenger identified as Bianca Caldwell was found to be wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in Ruston City Court.
Both individuals were transported to the Lincoln Parish Detention Center. Stubs was booked for speeding (101 in a 55 mph zone), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, driving under suspension, and no liability insurance.
