Graveside services for Patrick Henry Smith, Jr. 58, of Dallas, TX, formerly of Ruston, LA, will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Kilpatrick’s Memorial Gardens in Ruston, LA. Father Gabriel Cisneros will be officiating the service under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
Patrick was born on December 26, 1967, in Ruston, LA and passed away on June 20, 2026, in Dallas, TX following a brief illness. Patrick graduated from Ruston High School in 1985; he attended LSUS in Shreveport, LA and graduated from Louisiana Tech University in General Studies. He then moved to Dallas, TX where he worked in the restaurant industry. At the time of his death, he was working in social media marketing for various companies.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Henry Smith and Jane Lee Llorens Smith. He is survived by his sister Colleen Smith Needles and husband Chris and a brother, Kevin Smith.
