James David Jackson, of Baskin, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on September l0, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on April 19, 1952, James was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great- grandfather, brother-in-law, and friend.
David was a hardworking man who dedicated many years of his life to serving his community as a city worker. He will be remembered by his loved ones for the life he shared with his family and memories they will carry with them forever.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara Jackson.
David leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Amanda Dominguez and son-in-law, Jose Dominguez; his three grandchildren, Madison Dickson, Mason Jackson, and Maddox Jackson, and his great -grandchild, Isaac Dickson.
He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Bo Taylor of Baskin, Louisiana; brother-in-law, Mike Taylor of West Monroe, Louisiana; and sister-in-law Terri Darden of West Monroe, Louisiana along with other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
David will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
