A federal task force arrested a man wanted in connection with a Monroe homicide at a Ruston apartment last Thursday morning.
Emarion Graham, 21, of Ruston, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Sept. 17 by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force, according to an arrest affidavit.
Graham was wanted through the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office on a warrant tied to a Monroe Police Department homicide case. The warrant lists charges of second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, criminal conspiracy and aggravated criminal damage to property.
Graham was booked into the Lincoln Parish Detention Center as a fugitive from justice.
