Head coach Lane Burroughs and Louisiana Tech baseball announced the full schedule for the upcoming 2027 season. The Bulldogs are slated for 32 home games, 21 contests on the road and a three-game neutral-site weekend at the Round Rock Classic in Round Rock, Texas.
LA Tech opens the season with their first five games at the Love Shack, including a four-game Opening Weekend series hosting Southeast Missouri (Feb. 19-21) and a midweek clash with Nicholls on Wednesday, February 24.
The ‘Dogs will then take their first road trip of the year to the Lone Star State, where they will take on Alabama (Feb. 26), Texas Tech (Feb. 27) and Texas State (Feb. 28) at Dell Diamond for the Round Rock Classic. It will be Louisiana Tech’s first neutral-site weekend since competing at the Battle at the Ballpark in 2024 at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas.
Following the Round Rock Classic, the Bulldogs have a five-game home slate against McNeese (Mar. 2), Villanova (Mar. 5-7) and Central Arkansas (Mar. 9).
