The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that E. Mississippi Avenue, between N. Farmerville St. and the entrance to the Lincoln Parish Early Childhood Center, will be closed to through traffic, beginning Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 7:00 am and shall remain closed until further notice.

This closure is necessary to allow the contractor to complete sewer system upgrades.

The City of Ruston regrets any inconvenience this necessary work may cause residents and motorists.
