“We are very proud that we have nine schools who have achieved an “A” rating from the state for student growth,” Lincoln Parish School Board Superintendent Ricky Durrett said. “Growing kids each year is the goal for any education system, and for our schools to achieve an “A“ rating is a great accomplishment. What a great accomplishment for our teachers and students.“
Top Gains Honorees are recognized for earning the equivalent of an “A” in the Progress Index portion of the School Performance Score and for having no Urgent Intervention Required labels for any student groups. The district credits these accomplishments to the ongoing effort of teachers, staff, students, and families who work each day to support learning and growth in every classroom. The recognitions reflect consistent progress and a shared commitment to high expectations across Lincoln Parish.
